In this role, I lead the company’s engineering team overseeing twelve Multi-Skilled Engineers, one Engineering Supervisor and four Apprentices; I also have full responsibility for the annual engineering spend/budget of £1.2 million.I am currently working on a €9m project, which has involved the engineering fit-out and construction management of a new factory, including, new chillers and compressors plus pipe work, power upgrade 700KVA to 3.2MVA, which included a new HV switch and transformers, a new 5000amp LV suite and a new power bus bar supply system, I was also involved in a 20,000 pallet warehouse installation project. This has been a great learning experience for me and is something which I enjoyed doing.Before joining Coveris I worked for Kavli and Europa Magnetics. Both organisations taught me a lot.
