- Shadowing current AutoCAD drafters and following along on their projects.- Assisting current drafters with smaller tasks in order to gain experience working on a project.- Participating in company meetings and joining in on new project discussions.

- Greeted customers in their vehicles as they enter the service drive and escorted them to their respective service advisor.- Inspected cars for damage (scratches, dents, chipping paint, window cracks, flat tires, etc.).- Drove customer cars to bays for service as well as brought customer cars back into the service drive after service.- Drove to customers' locations in order to pick up their vehicle for service.- Occasionally provided rides for customers to and from the dealership.

- Developed useful customer service skills involving taking orders and completing them efficiently and with high quality, as well as assisting customers if any problems arose (refunds, dropping their ice cream, correcting mistakes, etc.).- Brought ice cream tubs from the back of the building to the main floor in order to replace low or empty tubs in the chests, maintained composure of service during busy shifts.
