I am an innovative technology and property business leader with a deep passion for building a better future - informing, enriching and influencing lives with richer and smarter cities, places and homes. I have had the fortune of driving impact through career disciplines spanning technology, development, housing, construction, infrastructure, design, and architecture, and have created and led businesses for ASX / TSE listed Mirvac, Leighton, Stockland and Japanese giant, Sekisui House, including developing $12b of real estate, and responsibility for many of our most significant city-changing urban renewal projects. My experience and passion for customer, product and community creation, has driven my business success as a leader and director who has re-organised and grown large divisions, successive international market entries, and launched multiple new ventures for ‘pure’ start up, and for major corporations.I am, and continue to be, a passionate advocate and sector influencer in carbon and biodiversity impact reduction and a recipient of multiple environmental awards for sustainable infrastructure initiatives, including the prestigious Global Green Apple Award. I am fascinated by the potential of next-generation construction technology as a path to greater sustainability, industry transformation and repair and believe we have developed the best and most efficient technology for the construction industry and consumers in, the globally award-winning, utecture and Donovan Groups Airbuildr platforms. I have been honoured to judge the Australian Design Awards and give the Occasional Address to Sydney University Masters Graduates and as a guest on podcasts, about the future and sustainability of global cities. By shifting culture from IQ to ‘WeQ’ mode, my teams consistently deliver exceptional people engagement and diversity scores.I have numerous statutory, senior executive and advisory roles but am most proud of my reputation as an entrepreneurial leader that grows committed people, advocates for diversity and creates can-do, open, honest cultures.
