I was responsible for completing large backlogs of bugs and issues for the Design and Production team, raised by varying stakeholders across the business including those inside ECommerce (Merchandising, Content and Marketing, Development, SEO and UX), and those outside of ECommerce such as buyers and category managers. These bugs could be design or front-end development related, or sometimes solved by knowledge sharing. ● Training new Production Staff in html, css, and Demandware CMS. ● Streamlining production processes.● Solving problems with site legacy and CMS.● Working with Multi-Channel.Also a significant stakeholder outside of the company were the Brands themselves. House of Fraser represents thousands of brands online and in stores and are therefore a large part of managed content and product on the site. I worked with brand content, including the high-end brands with special relationships, to help meet their specific requirements and ensure consistency of design and user experience across the site.

I joined the E-commerce team in August 2007 and I produced material for all aspects of the shopping journey from the front page through all category and brand pages, including creative and marketing content, whilst simultaneously overseeing the staging of content onto the CMS ready for live replication.● Designing and producing graphics for Home Page, Categories, Brands and the shopping journey.● Managing graphical content such as for all brands.● Overseeing graphic and CMS production.

Gallery management involved maintaining a programme of up to 9 shows a year - a mix of self or co-curated and proposed shows. Managing internships / writing press-releases for publicity (web and print) / show installation and art handling.

From 2005 I worked as a graphic and web designer for the online travel agency. I designed the 'Destination Store' - a large section of the front-end of the site, bringing together travel guide content from over 200 destinations across the world. As one of two designers I worked daily on the site closely with the developers in the Production team and also with the Marketing team on promotional material including print and TV ads.
