Working with oversea customers closely as friends & partners for long-term cooperation, and provide them professional suggestion with my 17 years expriences on labelling & package solution,and work out each dept KPI to monitor the team performance , develop oversea market and achieve company targets. our goal is to make all our customers benefit from our products & service.

1) Develop over sea market ,achieve sale's target. Had developed more than ten new customers.(2) Maintain the relationship with the VIP customers & exisiting customers(3)Communicate with customers by phone,E-mail to deal with new development ,sampling process,bulk orders or complaint .(4)Organize to attend to international & domestic fairs .(5)Do advertisement on internet and B2B website (6) Training sales & CS team and set up KPI goals

Per production planning schedule & relevant PR raiser Dept's requirement,I will coordinate with suppliers & User dept for schedule of all material ordered,which include raw material(paper, yarn, tape),accessaries,ink,chemical spare parts,office supplys & project.also assist buyers on oversea material ordering,work out Pur dept's KPI & saving goals and create OPO report & aging PO report based on system receiving data & delivery date confirmed by suppliers and send them to buyers for further following- up & improving current delivery schedule. we will review supplier's quality performance based on IQC report of receving goods and ask them to work out for improvement or correctness action plan.

Handlinig bulk orders & sampling of new development from current customers & new customers,and follow up shipment & after-sales service.sometime, assist our Finance -AP team to communicate customer for payment arrangement
