As the Video Production Manager/Supervisor of the Waterloo Bucks, I've been the lead producer for 60+ games over the 2023-24 seasons. I've been responsible for the training and development of nine interns over the two-year period, including developing their skills in a live environment to meet league broadcast expectations, produce daily lead-in shows for broadcast, and how they can continually improve and develop skills to apply in the future.

As a leader of the StudentU BTN+ Program at Purdue, I have been served in Producer & Director Roles for multiple B1G Sports, including Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Wrestling, and Volleyball. I've produced or directed nearly 50 events for Purdue Athletics on BTN+ over the past two years, including a pair of Men's Basketball preseason games and was nominated for a 2024 SVG College Sports Media Awards for Outstanding Live Game Production for Colligate Student at a Power School for Women's Volleyball vs. Marquette in the 2023 NCAA Tournament Round of 32. In my position, I've investigated storylines, statistics, and season accomplishments to build pre-production reports to develop a vision for upcoming broadcasts, illustrated expectations to crew members for broadcasts and clarify specific assignments with camera operators to execute a vision for broadcasts, instructed crew members in generating in-game graphics to progress storylines, and support announcers to strengthen the broadcast, and monitor multiple cameras at different positions simultaneously and determine the ideal point-of-view to provide consumers with the best visual experience.
