• Oversee the operations and personnel of the Global Partnerships and Affairs’ s six units with 20 team members；• Manage the partnership of 2000+ institutions worldwide for the recruitment & marketing campaign in China；• Work directly with 32 branch offices for the recruitment & promotion of partner institutions, including: secondary school, community college, under and graduate programs;• Develop new business relationship with institutions and cross industry sectors to provide add-on values to students;• Create a strong marketing culture within the department to promote the unique selling points & values of partner institutions, delivered a four-fold increase in the Chinese enrollment for an education group; • Establish premium branding through attending NAFASA, AIRC and social network events and generate marketing brochures & newsletters;

• Develop a brand new global MBA program and lead the key team members from US, Europe, Asia, Africa and South America for the program global launch & growth of market;• Take the lead of marketing & recruitment: explored more than 38 countries worldwide and reached out target clients by working with the global partners to create the innovative recruitment & marketing campaigns; utilize the different channels for promotion and brand building;• Responsible for every step of MBA candidate admission process;• Establish, manage and maintain the partnership with institutions in 12 countries;• Develop and arrange study abroad & international study trips for students;• Tailor-made Certificate programs for corporate clients, who are mainly from China and South Korea;• Monitor the budget performance and optimize the cost for operation efficiency;• Maintain and develop partnership with institutions in China for joint programs;
