- Built finance teams across the region to prepare fior future expansion and increased regulatory responsibilities- Defined hub infrastructure to establish Singapore as Asian hub- Reviewed and enhanced all processes to bring them in line with both group wide policy and localisation. This includes both internal controls and external controls in terms of transfer pricing, tax incentives and clearly defining legal and compliance constraints and approach to doing business across Asia.
