• Managing and helping to design the launch of a UK Sales environment including testing, representing sales data in analytics, adapting the environment to fit tough criteria and working closely with the Centre of Excellence located in belgium to role out across the UK.• The development, maintenance and support of analytics applying business knowledge and technical skills. As a Tier 1 analyst on the PepsiCo internal helpdesk I supported the UK Head Office and Manufacturing Plants throughout the UK and Europe. I assisted users with any IT issues relating to the services that the UK IT department provided. These included Cisco IP telephony, Email accounts within ActiveRoles and Outlook, Active Directory accounts and Citrix Metaframe.The role carried the responsibilities of:• Using my knowledge of the systems to fix issues for users where it is within my personal capability• Administrating user accounts in different systems e.g. ActiveRoles, AD, Novell iManager, Cisco CallManager.• Testing SOX compliance throughout the creation/deletion of user accounts

As a Project Coordinator I was involved in internal IT projects. My role varied as a resource for some projects, a project coordinator and a project manager. As one of the more technically focused people in my department, managers often came to me for advice on how I would implement a solution. Through this communication I found that I was very astute at explaining technical terms in a non-technical manner.
