Responsibilities-Define the approach for the overall international sale of new business and account retention-Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve Global sales targets and expand our international customer base-Meeting with International clients virtually or during sales visits, demonstrating and presenting company profiles, and establishing a new global business.-Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels-Product technical support and an overview of the industrial outlook-Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, -Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age-Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture-Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.-Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service-Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization-Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and foster a culture of continuous process improvement

-Responsible content: Mainly responsible for the after-sales and back-end services of overseas customers of DJI, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and some Asian regions.-Main products: A full range of consumer drones on sale, handheld photography equipment and accessories, etc.-Interaction method: communicate online with customer email, telephone, and ERP/CRM system-Duty:1, Drone, handheld photography equipment and accessories remote basic troubleshooting2, Remotely guide customers to operate correctly, send back, fryer replacement and other after-sales services3, Provide technical support and guidance to customers through outbound calls4, Handle online court paypal&chargeback/dispute5, Complete customer service satisfaction according to company requirements

• Implementing company quality control requirements and making sure they are met • Perform product sourcing and analysis• Devise and establishing project specific quality procedures, standards and specifications with key founders / team in the project team. • Coordinate and facilitate communication with factories and agents and document progress• Ensure via defined QC process that shipments qualify for export• Touble shoot and resolve product QC issues with factories/agents and ensure resolution• Determine and apply for product certifications for the importation in USA, EU and other countries as needed• Work closely with ASN team to help mitigate any issues that arise from Amazon or any other 3rd party platform• Test samples and ensure it meets all necessary QC standards and requirements• Review and monitor the production of the design and the manufacture quality plans. • Periodic reviews of compliance. • Reviewing and monitoring adherence to the project specific process, procedures and work instructions. Will support all companies and affliates of companies.• Working closely with the Procurement & Sourcing Director, Chief Technical Engineer and Quality control team to ensure the process and procedures support the effective transfer of information from sub-contractors / suppliers.
