Work with a skilled team to support the Citrix VDI environment including -• Administration of Citrix Technologies (Citrix PVS Provisioning, Citrix Studio, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Licensing, Citrix Director, NetScaler).• Administration of Windows Servers (2012 R2, 2016, 2019).• Configure and manage Microsoft Group Policy Management and Citrix Studio Policies.• Proficient use of Citrix Studio/Director for daily maintenance and troubleshooting.• Work with 3rd party vendors to install applications, test, and implement into a live Production environment.• Manage daily ticket/project queue and follow strict change management guidelines.• Participate in a Tier-3 monthly on-call rotation with availability for emergency issues.• Provide training and documentation to Tier 1 and 2 employees so they can provide better support to the end users.• Work with various Community Connect partners throughout the Essentia network to provide Epic software access and assist with various troubleshooting issues.• Assist with upgrades and monthly maintenance of the Essentia\CC infrastructure servers including License servers, Delivery Controllers, PVS servers, Director servers, and vDisk images.

Provide support and administration of the VMWare and Citrix VDI environments including - • Administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x, 6.x.• Server provisioning utilizing VM image and Citrix PVS technology. • Configure and manage Citrix server Policies, profile management, and Windows GPO.• Administration of VMWare Horizon 7 and App Volumes.• Proficient use of Citrix Studio/Director for daily maintenance and troubleshooting.• Lead the evaluation for vendor applications overseeing the installation and testing before implementing in the Production environment.• Manage daily ticket/project queue and follow strict change management guidelines.• Participate in a Tier-3 monthly on-call rotation with availability for emergency issues.• Provide training and documentation to Tier 1 and 2 employees so they can provide better support to the end users.
