Dynamic and motivated professional with a proven track record of; building robust & lasting relationships, managing projects from conception to completion, designing educational strategies and coaching individuals to achieve their goals. Beginning my working career within the retail sector as a sales assistant, I rapidly progressed to managerial roles. My ability to build strong sales teams and lead by example resulted in me being headhunted for a business manager role within a dental practice. My organisation, logical thinking and patient focus lead me to become a multi-site manager and ‘buddy’ manager to new leaders.This is where my interest in teaching was peaked, so I completed a PGCE in secondary education, specializing in Physics and Chemistry. I loved my time teaching and was often complemented by senior staff about the meaningful relationships I held with students, however I felt like I could do more to aid troubled, vulnerable and ‘at risk’ students. This led me to work with ASD students and those with mental health concerns within a boarding school environment. Despite its challenges, I enjoyed working with these young adults and making a difference in their everyday lives.
