• Initially joined to take over the IT portfolio during a growth period for the business. Although the primary responsibility was for permanent appointments (both internal and external), I quickly picked up contract.

• Recruiting and placing candidates in a multitude of roles across the IT industry, from Service Desk Analysts to Project and Program Managers
• Maintaining existing client relationships through excellent customer service
• Prospecting new clients and promoting the services of the business through telephone canvassing and face to face meetings
• Account managing Vodafone NZ across IT and Telco contracts
• Negotiation of PSAsI was consistently amongst the top 10% of billers within Hays and when I left was 2nd highest biller in New Zealand

• Responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic through my radar control sector, my duties included
• Issuing instructions to pilots to route them effectively through the UK's busiest airspace
• Working under extreme pressure to meet the demands of a safety led business
• Taking executive responsibility for a team of controllers and assistants whilst in the planning controller role
• Leading by example in a "blame-free" safety culture where split second decisions are required on a regular basis
