I am currently working with Stateson Homes as the Product Development & Estimating Manager. My daily roles involve current and new plan review, estimating of individual houses and custom features, and onboarding of new trade partners.I have gained most of my experience through internships and jobs in the construction field. I have interned with Branch Builds for two summers as a Construction Manger Intern. During my time at Branch, I learned how to use Procore a management software, communicate with trade partners and architects, and complete needed tasks at the job sties. I have also worked for two residential roofing companies in my free time in between school. In addition, I have worked as an hotel employee for my parent's family business while I was in high school. During my time as a hotel employee it grew my communication and customer service skills greatly. I owe my work ethic to this job and I learned that having the flexibility to do any task is a strongly desired asset.
