Define business and functional requirements for migrating millions of patient electronic medical records from disparate legacy clinical information systems to a new enterprise CIS. Work with business leadership, subject matter experts, IT staff and vendors to define interface requirements, exception handling, and an innovative UI for QA audit and certification by Providence staff. Delivered detailed functional spec and system test approach, test cases and UAT test support, all on an aggressive delivery schedule. Defined and facilitated project issue and risk management and scope change management processes to ensure quality delivery.

Authored multi-year business plan and defined core business model for online promotion of independent, local action sports businesses. Architected investment pitch resulting in successful initial and second round funding. Documented solution architecture for, and managed development of, initial front end and back end user and client products.
