Reports to the Facility Support Manager, FacOps Team- Created a Facility Support App to log, assign, and track all Facility Support related requests using Facebook forms, Butterfly Bots, Tasks, and Workplace Groups- Coordinated Readiness as part of New Site Start-up, which involved tracking upcoming tasks, liaising with stakeholders to ensure tasks were completed, and following up on the reasons they became overdue- Coordinated the Site Assessment Readiness (similar to above) which ensured a successful Site Assessment- Performed many cross-functional tasks and projects to assist in the New Site Start-up phase to First Day of Business- Responsible for tracking all Facebook training performed by FTE’s and Contingent workers onsite, including renewal of courses as appropriate- Arranges for EHS Inductions for all site workers – registering attendees and lecturers, booking rooms and tracking attendance- Analyses Data from many sources such as Tasks, CMMS, BIM360, Springboard, and e-Builder to be included in Metrics, Presentations, and Dashboards for CMOPs, FIRs, TEGs/TOGs, Asset Tracking, Warranty issues, Corrective and Planned Maintenance Management.- Responsible for the creation and updating/maintenance of FacOps ODN wiki pages and SharePoint sites- Assisted the EHS Coordinator with migrating all Safety Data Sheets for the site into the relevant Database- Assisted the EHS Coordinator with implementing an Incident Reporting System to align with Facebook Policy and Danish Regulations.

- Responsible for ensuring all Rig-based reporting was successfully synchronised to 'shore' - liaising with Rig Crews and IT Vendor Support to solve issues when reports were not able to be transmitted, resulting in myself often remotely accessing their databases in order to resolve these issues.- Supported colleagues by maintaining databases, training colleagues, and other assistance required such as liaising with IT Support.- Mentored Student Assistants to become valuable assets within the organisation.- Was involved in a large project to migrate the operations database and managed it for the Wells Department now it has been fully implemented.- Was a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager for a Probabilistic Cost Estimate system for upcoming Well Projects. Used statistical methods to perform benchmarking analyses, reports on trends, forecasts, tender and model evaluations plus other requested tasks- Had to “think outside the box” in order to find ways to combine independent or poor-quality datasets

Responsible for the Administration of the process of applications and changes to permits allocated for the prospecting, exploration and mining of industrial minerals, precious metals, coal, oil and gas:- Provided excellent support and liaising with members of the mining industry- Involved in a ‘paper-to-PDF’ project to enable ease of access to permit files in an online database- Worked to help initiate an electronic tenement administration system which changed many aspects of the department.
