AUC USD1.9b (Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore) - Handled and managed relationships with 8 global IT vendors and counterparties.- Launched the first mobile apps for global trading for one of the major banks in Thailand. - In-charge of the in-house platform (CQ and GBO) that allows white labelling functions.- Managed both the “Buy-side” (DVP, EMSX) and “Sell-side” business and cross sell other products like Bonds and ETFs.- Current leading 6 core teams consisting of the Corporate RMs (Securities + WM), B2B Business Analysts (BAs), B2B Dealing Team (24hrs), B2B IT, B2B Settlement and B2B CS Departments.

- Involved in the hiring and training of Trading Representatives (TRs) consisting of Proprietary Traders and House Team Dealers, customising different Products and Training Programs for all.- In Charge of setting up a new breed of Trainee Dealers (Total: 20) and equipped them with the knowledge on different asset classes and the ability to analyse various industries and daily market movements.- Sourced and worked with Partners and Companies to conduct seminars and events.- In charge of the Youth Engagement Programs including liaising with Tertiary Institutions (NUS, NTU, SMU, SIM, Kaplan) for visits, seminars and events.- Worked with various internal Departments to plan and generate sales strategies on the different products such as Margins, ETFs, SBL and CFDs.- Oversee, investigated and resolved all CIMB Retail customers’ compliant cases.- Ensured that the Group Compliance Policy (including updates), are read and understood by all staff including TRs within the Securities Group.- Oversee the implementation of the Compliance Matrix Programme within CIMB Securities.- Represented CIMB Securities on internal and external (MAS and SGX) compliance audits.

- Dealt and advised both retails and High Net worth (HNW) clients on the latest daily market movements, news and outlook on different asset classes especially on Forex, Commodities, Indices and Equities (mainly in HK, Singapore and US) to achieve clients’ financial objectives.- Produced daily market commentaries or reports to the Education Team, Retails and HNW clients.- Given major responsibilities in marketing & planning of the new platform launched in Aug 2011.- Speaker/Presenter at Asia Trader and Investor Convention 2011, InvestFair 2011, Share Investment Conference 2011, AsiaCharts Seminars (mthly) and Dennis Ng’s Seminar (mthly).- Other major responsibilities included Partners strategy development, negotiation and relationship building.
