For my whole life, I have travelled and worked with passion, dedication and enthusiasm. As many know, it meant I missed a lot of time with my young kids, and I realized that destiny is in my own hands, and I took the decision to quit my job as managing Director for an IKEA Industry company in Russia, to go home to Finland and take a year off to re-connect with my kids (Then 6 and 8 years old). This is the best decision I have ever made, and now I spend much more time being a father.
