The Lend Lease Year 2000 Desktop Team focussed on the approximately three thousand PCs and Laptops that were either owned by Lend Lease or managed by IBM GSA.My role in this team took into scope Project Manager, application developer and consultant on desktop issues.My responsibilities as Project Manager included• Strategy recommendations• Planning/organising the rollout of approximately 2000 PCs/Laptops into the Lend Lease Corporation• Mediating with the client• Budgeting• Composing documents such as statements of work, age test plans, and strategy documents.As an Analyst Programmer I developed numerous databases and other applications for both IBM GSA and Lend Lease, the prominent ones of which are listed in the section Software Development History.
