I come from a long line of volunteer fire fighters, and from a very young age, could always be found at the Bedfordale Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade which was founded by my Grandfather Brian O’Neill and where my father Michael Fancote was Captain.My official volunteering journey began in 1998 and since then I have held numerous positions within the Bedfordale VBFB and City of Armadale serving most prominently as Fire Control Officer and Deputy Fire Chief. While I have always been passionate about environmental conservation, the 2011 Roleystone/Kelmscott fires were a turning point for me and in 2013 I hung up my Deputy Fire Chief hat and started my own bushfire fire mitigation company - Entire Fire Management.Current:• Director at Jaxian • Director at Entire Fire Management• Founder and Secretary at the ABMA• Life member of the Bedfordale Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade
