Based within the Finance department with the following responsibilities - • Planning and forecasting all commercial aspects of the regional 3 year budget.• Reviewing, analysing and presenting the monthly commercial performance against various key indicators to the executive team.• Closing month end commercial accounts.• Driving accountability for pricing governance leading to maximised margins.• Contributing towards pre and post Capex reviews.

• Headed reporting responsibilities for department with an annual sales target of $15m in 2009 with scheduled and ad hoc reports ensuring data accuracy and reliable delivery, particularly for key performance indicators used by senior management.• Designed central reporting spreadsheet and managed upkeep for individually analysing key metrics on over 30 worldwide partners providing instant feedback and saving 90 hours per year. Incorporated macros to streamline report updating process and delivery.• Aggregated client data in MS Access to allow a simplified reporting process yet maintaining statistical accuracy and efficiency.• Initiated and directed a review of a $5m per annum product suffering from revenue loss resulting in a product stimulus programme focussing on process support and ultimately increasing sales in a highly profitable area.• Provided user acceptance testing of customer-facing websites. Coordinated a team of testers for the website meaning that critical bugs were identified and fixed resulting in the launch deadline being met.• Liaised with engineers for the testing and trialling of internal financial and CRM systems dealing with the specific needs of a specialised department. Rollout of this SAP software was part of a multimillion dollar cost saving scheme.• Identified underperforming partners and either supplied analysis and training or sought better alternatives resulting in exceeded targets of over $8m in 2007 and 2008.• Charged with suggesting and aggregating website improvements which lead to improved functionality and usability according to partner feedback.• Supervised refurbishment of extranet site covering resource allocation, budgeting, testing and delivery. The end product provided a central information repository, potentially saved 100 hours per year and reduced partner costs by over £10,000.

Catalogued and inputted reports and to validate their accuracy, resolved and troubleshot issues from third party providers as well as analysing daily reports. Worked in a time-sensitive environment and was a point contact for many large suppliers.
