Coordinated a team of testers for the website meaning that critical bugs were identified and fixed resulting in the launch deadline being met.• Liaised with engineers for the testing and trialling of internal financial and CRM systems dealing with the specific needs of a specialised department. Rollout of this SAP software was part of a multimillion dollar cost saving scheme.• Identified underperforming partners and either supplied analysis and training or sought better alternatives resulting in exceeded targets of over $8m in 2007 and 2008.• Charged with suggesting and aggregating website improvements which lead to improved functionality and usability according to partner feedback.• Supervised refurbishment of extranet site covering resource allocation, budgeting, testing and delivery. The end product provided a central information repository, potentially saved 100 hours per year and reduced partner costs by over £10,000.
