- Undergraduate Research Experience on Campus (URECA) program

- Chaired a committee of 13 members to promote psychology through undergraduate and professional outreach- Partnered with external organisations and societies within and outside of NTU to facilitate in the organisation of psychology events

- Organised and conducted academic and career related events for the Psychology students in NTU- Identified and contacted speakers and organisations to collaborate for events- Spearheaded events that are effective in allowing the students to learn more about the field of psychology and clarify their doubts they have about the various Psychology career pathways

- Volunteer as a Victim Care Officer as part of the Singapore Police Force's Victim Care Cadre Programme - Provide emotional and practical support to victims of crime and advise them about processes or how to cope with trauma.- Trained in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Basic Suicide Risk Assessment & Intervention by Police Psychologists from the Police Psychological Services Department

- Engaged parents, family members, professionals, and children/young persons, compiling interview notes to investigate reported cases of harm.- Analysed collected information from interviews to develop and implement safety plans for children and young persons.- Performed safety check-ins and conducted house visits to ensure the well-being of children and adherence to established safety plans.

- Facilitate social skills class for children with special needs- Administer intervention techniques to support the management of children with special needs in a group setting

-Led platoon of 35 security troopers to run security operations 24/7 on a shift cycle-Have a in depth understanding of security operations and requirements of RSAF airbase-Conducted realistic and safe scenario-based training for security troopers to hone their security instincts and readiness-Managed and trained personnel in the usage of cutting-edge security equipment
