Played a key role in supporting the Campus and Diversity Talent Partner to ensure the seamless operation of our robust internship program. Overseeing approximately 115 interns during the summer, I co-managed day-to-day activities and provided guidance to enhance their professional development experience. My responsibilities included crafting a comprehensive newsletter that showcased the achievements and contributions of our interns and co-hosting a high-impact intern event that brought together 50 interns and senior executives. This role allowed me to foster connections, facilitate valuable learning opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our internship initiative.

Studied and memorized the menu to make recommendations and alterations according to customer needs. Learned how to manage and navigate the POS system to ensure orders were being processed thoroughly without error. I have grown my interpersonal skills while working as a server at Pizza Nova by interacting with customers. I learned how to be more personable and relate to my customers to provide the best customer service possible.
