Service Reliability Engineering Manager
CurrentReporting to the Head of IT Operations, manage the day to day activities within the SRE team, provide service stability of technologies supported by the team and provide support for service generally in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.Responsible for day to day support of the enterprise tools in use within iPSL such as Remedy/Helix, Control-M, MFT, Connect:Direct, SharePoint, PowerApps, SCOM and driving continuous service improvement through task automation.Assist the larger Application Support team as well as, scheduling and maintenance of a variety of business application, largely based on Microsoft technologies used in iPSL cheque clearing external access and archiving solutions. Ensure adequate live support of those applications out of business hours. Project delivery of business solutions, working with the Windows Application Deployment & IT Build teams ensuring the smooth transition of iPSL Applications from a project warranty phase into a business as usual status.
