I am a Business Marketing graduate of San Jose State University. I have a background in digital and sports marketing, as well as 2+ years in customer service. Throughout my career and life, I've always had a keen interest in how brands presented themselves, specifically in how different companies create and maintain brand loyalty through the power of storytelling. I pursued a degree in marketing so that I could understand the customer journey from start to finish. I aspired to learn what makes people click with and resonate with particular brands.
