Developing relationships with key suppliers, customers and public service members to grow opportunity for new projects, funding and development and expansion of the AMRC. Securing multiple consortium led R&D projects of multi-million pound value. Providing an experienced viewpoint into the strategy and direction of the Integrated manufacturing Group (approx. 90 people). Using Continuous Improvement techniques and decision making skills to create operational improvements and develop target areas of expansion.
