Government Accounting FirmIn this position, I work with a team of accountants, providing audit preparation and assurance for Caselle cliental. I also routinely assist in month and year end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and preparing financial statements. Most often, I am required to analyze Balance Sheet and P&L items. Ethics and the integrity of the accounting system are of the utmost importance to me and hold others to that same standard.I am also involved in the training and recruitment of new employees. A firm understanding of accounting basics has allowed me to include and work with a diverse group of business professionals and accountants. This was especially prevalent at Caselle’s annual conference meetings that included people from all across the United States and Canada. I really enjoy year end - a time of organization, communication, and new beginnings for new controls and improved procedures. I routinely work with Caselle clients to accurately complete 1099’s, W-2’s, etc. I strive to make daily contribution to the company’s success and overall growth. As a crucial part of the company’s success and growth. I work hard to play a role that helps Caselle achieve and maintain a near 30% profitability margin.

At Costa Vida, I organized shift schedules for team members. Assigned duties to specific team members based on role and skills. Trained new and current team members how to compete tasks.Responded to unsatisfied guests and devised creative solutions. Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards I empowered a team. Participated and ensured the balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits. I routinely opened/closed the restaurant, and was proficient in all positions within the restaurant.
