With a solid foundation in Applied Linguistics, Data Science, and Machine Learning, I bring over 15 years of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT) and a passion for natural language processing (NLP) to the evolving field of AI. My recent coursework in NLP and Machine Learning from Codecademy has equipped me with essential skills like text preprocessing, predictive modelling, and neural language modelling, which I apply directly in projects like chatbot development using Rasa.My MA in Applied Linguistics, where I earned distinction, deepened my understanding of metacognitive skills in language acquisition—a focus that extends into my NLP work today. I’ve also completed Harvard’s CS50P: Programming with Python, gaining robust programming skills for practical, scalable solutions.
