My biggest strength and weakness is I grow into any role I am put into, big or small, my potential is only limited by my surroundings. I use this to my advantage instead of being a weakness by surrounding myself with others that teach me valuable skills. I then implement said skills in the real world and put myself in positions with the most potential for growth. I am always on the hunt for new teachers and opportunities than can help me achieve my goal in being the best business man I know I can be.
