Working for Xoserve (Gas Utilities) as a Training Delivery Lead at within the People Development and wellbeing Team. My primary aim was to support all users in the implementation of the largest SAP Data migration project in the world, as a contractor during the Nexus Project, migrating the entire UK gas industry data onto SAP ISU.Post Implementation and internal L&D was developed to enable the user experience developed over the project to be implemented into the wider organisation over a long timescale. My role included Upskilling myself on dozens of industry processes; to ensure inclusion of all departments in the training material both internal and external.Creation of dozens of training events (internal and External) including, e/learning Workbooks, Face to face and online session and other supporting material.Created and Delivered 100s Face to face and online sessions to thousands of delegates.Created and/or tested data including UAT for training and other activitiesCreation of eLearning material using Articulate 360 (storyline) and more recently Vyond (video creation)Created and supported full end to end Training Process – Discovery, Design, Develop, Deliver, Evaluate and Review Worked alongside SMEs to assure any material created and became highly knowledgeable in many areas I began this post as a contractor and I became a permanent employee and became responsible for the implementation of training for all change activity, for a multitude of Products, Programmes and projects. I became an advocate for customer Training and became to vice of the company delivery all external training events.

For the BAE Systems, NHS, npower and Ecolab I have performed the roles of Business System Trainer,Business Analyst and Learning and Development lead. Employed on contract to assist in the transformation project as part of SAP implementation./ deployment due to my specialist knowledge of SAP, utilities and BDEx( an SPA Bolt-on). Reduced AHT operational efficiencies of 27% through process review. Setting out guidelines for effective use of resources using existing systems along with providing plans for IT development of current billing platforms. Maintaining project communication through the creation and dissemination of reporting and a variety stakeholder management techniques. Measured the success criteria through milestone setting to enable critical KPI gathering, modelling and monitoring throughout the entire project. Provided an effective link from the Business to IT technical support.Sharing extensive knowledge of the business and industry with offshore partners to develop a sound business strategy. Setting guidelines for effective use of resources using existing systems along with providing plans for development of billing platforms.Through Project planning and Definition ensured that all training material and processes were aligned with a strict customer centric view to gain a 17% increase in customer satisfaction surveys overall and a 80% increase in first contact resolution.Developed and performed UAT testing for emerging areas of the business to identify and prioritise areas of the business for implementation, managed team of SMEs to business assurance of recommendations. Created skills matrices and linking in with performance management teams to also ensure minimal disruption to the client through trials and full rollout.

Attained a plethora of transferable skills and knowledge whilst being promoted to several roles. Worked closely with external clients to ensure all UAT testing was completed by managing a team of SME alongside practical support. , process documents updated and proposed technical enhancements to the BDEx system which have been implemented or are part of the BDEx roadmap. Responsible for the UAT testing and effectiveness of BDEx through monthly maintenance and Capability releases to SAP.Prior to BDEX worked as Project Lead in a number of operational areas including process improvement and quality; devised a variety of reports using MO packages for a variety of stakeholders. Developed and designed Training Plan for various sites across the UK and provided support to offshore partners to ensure that all aspect of the business could achieve maximum benefit for the BDEx project and ensured that Training were delivered to priority teams with the least disruption.Provided technical support alongside reporting and exception management during the entire go live phase of the project. Created SLAs and KPI regarding BDEx and SAP. Maintained positive emphasis of the project through a very difficult transition period.Worked though all aspects of the training cycles from the creation of the training contract and skills matrix through to the evaluation of the material and delegates post delivery Created, developed and modified Training Events based on current processes for work moves within npower for over 600 delegates (All changes were made in line with compliance with regulators.)Delivered, reviewed and evaluated training to over 800 delegates as part of the work moves project; utilising an array of coaching and training techniques to deliver technical, soft skill and up skill courses to differing business.

Provided a phenomenal customer experience in all areas to become Complex (F&B) manager of the year 2007 (out of 41 Parks) based on sales and contribution. (Growing sales by over 25% and contribution by over 30%) I increased food sales in one venue by over 300% in previous years to become Catering Manager of the year.Recruited and managed a team of 70+ in a variety of areas and had the lowest attrition in company due to my focus on the employee experience.Became Park trainer and developed the teams with regards training to perform the role. I also recruited and developed team members onto the Complex Managers Development Programme (an ILM based learning package) which I had completed previously. Sports & Leisure, Retail and Entertainment were also areas under my purview. Accountable for all H&S compliance on the entire park as Park Safety Administrator.

This role is where I cultured my trade in all aspects of hotel management in all departments, from Food and Beverage Operations to Sales & Marketing. Whilst training in these roles I was also a Duty Manager whereby I was responsible for the integrity of the business and the service provided to guests on a daily basis. Alongside developing valuable management and leadership skills, I became skilled in a multitude of role specific tasks in all departments; with my main focus at all times on how all roles affected the customer experience.
