As the third strategic hire in DataOrbis I worked hands on with the founders to grow the business from start up to an established company employing 60 people with offices and associates in 5 cities and 4 countries. A third of the business head count within my two departments. I have developed a sound understanding of data warehousing and conceptual understanding of SQL, SSIS, SSRS and Tableau. Allowing me to engage across the teams of Business Intelligence, Insights, Business Development and Client Success to architect solutions and plan projects whilst keeping a sound outlook on the commercial front to ultimately deliver on time and in budget.I report directly into the CEO and have direct working relationships with the CCO, Regional Managing Directors and respective Heads of Department. Outside of the organization I deal directly with distributor partners across Africa and the Middle East.Forming effective strategic partnerships and key relationships both within and outside of the business has allowed me to ensure we deliver to a blue chip client list covering the likes of Unilever, P&G, Beiersdorf, Distell, Red Bull, Nestle, Tiger Brands, Pioneer Foods Show less
