PROFESSIONALLY:I'm a qualified finance professional and have worked in various senior finance and management roles in large corporates and small business.I have been involved in many ERP system implementations both as "the client" and the system integrator.As "the client I have worked in all phases from building the business case, negotiating the approval and leading the project team through to go-live. I have completed a Project Management qualification and led several ERP Implementation / upgrade projects. As a PM I experienced the other side of the project. Leading the Consulting and Development teams through analysis, solution design, configure, build and deploy for several clients implementing / upgrading Microsoft ERP.I also enjoy the challenge of understanding the key drivers of the business performance, improving process where required and reporting on the business outcomes to the management team. I have completed many complex business models to derive M&A models, Annual Budgets and Management reporting outcomes. PERSONALLY:Nelson, New Zealand is my home town, and I'm now living in Sydney, Australia.I'm keen on the outdoors and have taken on the challenge to climb the 7 Summits. In 2016 I was extremely fortunate to join an expedition to Heard Island - the most remote island in the world !I am a volunteer in the NSW SES Bush and Canyon rescue teams and I've even turned my hand to training a wilderness search dog before leaving NZ.
