Directing a thriving private practice, my work revolves around offering comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy and consultation. Specialized in neurodivergence, I address the complex needs of children, teens, adults, and families, fostering resilience and well-being through tailored interventions. Our practice started as a small practice for families and teens. It quickly grew to nine professionals who shared passion and dedication toward helping our community create a rich, connected, and meaningful life. Team recruitment focused on bringing on clinicians with diverse interests/hobbies, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles to better match our client’s needs. The importance of team collaboration continues to be a leading value that is integral to our success. We develop relationships outside of work, consult about our client caseloads, and advocate that we, as a team, prioritize self-care and work/life balance. We have tailored our services to help over 2,700 clients–children, teens, adults, couples, and families of all backgrounds. We believe that psychological services are not one size fits all. Our approach ranges from a virtual session over your lunch break to breaking out a whiteboard to help teens dissect their challenges at home. We pride ourselves on being “psychology experts” who guide individuals and families on their mental health journey. On my free time you can find me backpacking, hunting, bodybuilding, and researching my next roadtrip. I thrive on emmersing myself in the world around me.
