Project lead for ISO Tank Optimization Study which partnered with multiple business units and functions (transportation, procurement, etc.) to optimize domestic ISO tank network and realized $700K+ in annualized saving. Partnered with a business unit to automate reporting processes which yielded 2 hours/week in time savings and developed slow/non moving inventory tracking tool for write-off cost avoidance. Streamlined financial reporting timeline through automation of reporting processes. Generated and provided executive officers with supplemental information (Margin Analysis, Working Capital, Business Indicators, etc.) during monthly financial reviews. Central point of contact for the American Chemistry Council for all reporting activities.

Responsible for reporting, tracking and analyzing KPIs for all BASF businesses in the North American Customer Care Platform. Developed a scorecard for the Customer Care leadership team to provide transparency of results and assist in making strategic business decisions. Analyzed processes in the Customer Care organization and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and lower costs. Provided training to the organization for the areas of reporting and SAP date management. Additionally, was lead analyst on the Customer Experience Project. Developed and implemented new customer-focused KPIs to better track, understand and improve our customers experience with BASF.
