As the COO of UNL, responsibilities and duties included:-Management of the day-to-day operations.-Budget development, monitoring, forecasting and P&L management-Fundraising, annual giving, signature event and programmatic initiatives.-Grant writing and proposal development.-HR - Staff hiring training and professional development.-Volunteer and Intern recruitment, retention and engagement.-Strategy and implementation plan for all programmatic initiatives.-Management of Technology team-Community and corporate engagement

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, responsibilities and duties included:-Grant writing and reporting to funding sources.-Establishment of corporate and community engagement and retention strategies.-Development of program implementation strategies.-Recruitment of volunteers and interns along with developing strategies for retention and engagement.-Staff training and personal and professional development.-Creation of evaluation and measurement protocol, along with overall quality assurance.

Reporting to the CEO/Founder, responsibilities and duties included:-Board recruitment, management and communication.-Volunteer and intern recruitment and management.-Management and strategy development for program department.-Budget management, development and monitoring.-Fundraising to support work of clients.-Securing of in-kind resources to support organization and programmatic initiatives.-Grant writing and proposal development.-Curriculum development

Reporting to the Executive Director, responsibilities and duties included:-Management of the day-to-day operations of the facility.-Grant writing, management and reporting to funding sources. -Development of strategy and management of youth and adult programs (Summer Camp, Afterschool, Preschool, Youth Sports, Teens and Seniors).-Membership promotion, recruitment activation, along with creation of retention and satisfaction strategies.-Volunteer and internship program recruitment and engagement.-Fundraising corporate and community cultivation.
