He then followed his passion by founding a fitness company that provided years of deep operator experience including developing products, building a brand, and launching both retail locations and digital subscriptions, all resulting in a successful exit. Gavin has returned to consulting for Fortune 500 companies to work with executive teams to achieve higher levels of trust, collaboration, and alignment in service of their top business objectives. In addition, to client-facing projects, he manages the overall company's operations, strategy, and performance. For the past several years Gavin has also volunteered as an active advisor and then elected board chair of an NGO saving one of the most endangered rainforests on Earth.
