This includes finance systems, ERP, Supply Chain, CRM, telephony, warehouse automation and distribution systems, e-mail, forecasting, marketing, e-commerce applications, and managed service tools such as the ITSM and ITSP suite of ITIL based IT Service tools.Seven of my key accomplishments at Computacenter were:1. Development and implementation of a large suite of e-commerce applications.2. Creating and implementing ITIL based IT services both internally and externally to Computacenter’s customers.3. Designing and developing an underpinning suite of ITIL based managed service applications. Implementing a new large call centre in Barcelona.5. Completing a Server Vitualisation project using VMWare and an HP SAN.6. Lead and managed the successful accreditation of Computacenter for the Information Security standard ISO 27001 achieved in 2007.7.
