Culminating with a merger with IMV technologies in December 2017I have spent many years developing both our international and domestic businesses through distribution and direct sales & marketing models. Developing a range of experience through dealing with many business relationships around the World. I am now enjoying the challenge of focusing on the development of our imaging business internationally. Working with our sales and service/customer service teams to ensure IMV deliveries what our customers want and expect.The daily challenge of change and improvement stimulates me and I thoroughly enjoy the challenges that these opportunities and change present. One of my biggest challenges currently is the development of a passionate management team to continue to drive growth and business improvement.An active member in Vistage - a group of business leaders helping each other evolve and develop our businesses.
