• Educate, motivate and coach young people to play rugby and cricket
• Provide 1-2-1 coaching for the senior boys; in particular the front row forwards
• Assist Teachers with swimming lessons~ I worked with small groups on technique and fitness allowing the teachers to devote 1-2-1 assistance to the weaker and less confident swimmers
• Responsible for Coaching and Refereeing at Saturday morning games
• Manage year group teams at away fixtures ensuring performance and behavior was always of a high level
