I am a Partner in the Insurance department of DWFand National Head of Credit Hire.I am responsible for DWF's credit hire offering. I work closely with insurance clients and self insureds, devising strategies for minimising exposure to credit hire via intervention and litigation strategies and best practice.I regularly give training on Cost Effective Management of Credit Hire Claims, Handling Claims for Credit Hire in the MOJ Portal, Credit Hire Law and Credit Hire Fraud.I manage a team of dedicated credit hire lawyers and I still deal with cases on a day to day basis.I undertake settlement negotiations with CHO's at the request of my clients.I have devised the DWF Credit Hire Healthcheck, which is offered free to Insurers. I spend time understanding the documented process and then sit with handlers from FNOl all the way through to litigation and then provide feedback as to whether the documented process matches the reality and where improvements can be made.
