I am currently a Financial Adviser at Frenkel Topping Limited, a financial advice firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Awards. I assist claimants and their legal team throughout the litigation process, prepare Expert Reports and Joint Statements for the Court, on the loss of pension benefits within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims and the distribution of damages between lump sum and periodical payments. I have previously presented to a number of different solicitors’ firms across the North West explaining how our services can be of benefit to the solicitors themselves and their clients. My current role is as a review consultant, maintaining the existing client base under MIFID II; which includes reviewing on-going suitability of current investments, assessing capacity for loss, risk profile and completing various cashflow modelling scenarios along with identifying new business opportunities where possible, with case sizes ranging from £50,000 - £5,000,000.
