Supporting Shows & Atmospheric Entertainment through ASM work such as supporting rehearsals, fittings, and routine show maintenance, running a deck track ensuring cast safety during performances, calling cues for performances, implementing weather, staffing, and technical contingencies, and serving as an assistant duty manager for seasonal events as assigned. For new products I have helped write deck tracks for ASMs, created Standard Operating Guides and Source Training Guides, and acted as a trainer for ASMs.Other duties include calling technical cues, providing safety training, communicating with event manager and banquet captains about building needs day-of, and other event requirements in the Disney Theater.

I support the department director by scheduling, documenting, coordinating and facilitating the rental of college property and facilities. Day to day I am responsible for receiving facility use requests; communicating with community groups, and district personnel and others to arrange use of school facilities; preparing contracts, invoices and related paperwork and assuring proper billing and collection of fees for facility use; and submitting requisitions and maintaining budget spreadsheets for the Civic Center. I also provide tours of facilities, greet and direct office visitors and answer phone calls, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
