CurrentI am head of Bartier Perry’s Commercial Disputes team as well as an owner and director of the firm. My approach to disputes involves the consideration and application of traditional litigation processes as well as the application of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. I regularly advise in respect of dispute resolution clauses and have been involved in cross border disputes involving numerous jurisdictions such as England, New Zealand, India, and the United States of America.
