My role encompassed all aspects of internal and external financial reporting across numerous costs centres and tax structuring and execution across the Group in UK and Guernsey.

Responsible at this hedge fund manager for all financial and operational aspects from start-up. This involved recommending new UK onshore structure (LLP/Ltd group), seeking onshore FSA authorisation, recruiting fund service providers (lawyers, prime broker and administrator) and setting up offshore fund structure in Ireland (dealing with fund and listing authorities in Ireland).
