• Led the refactoring of existing client-server architecture to 3-tier architecture, to allow any of the three tiers to be upgraded independently, as requirements or technology changes.• Implemented REST Broker, a large scale middleware web service broker, to make mobile device interactions with public large screen display much simpler, by using RESTFUL web services protocol and Java Servlet technology.• Designed and developed AJAX based voting system, using JAVA, that was intended to test and utilize the power of REST Broker by allowing the user to vote via SMS-enabled cell phones, voice recognition dialing system, or publicly at the display.• Implemented Collaborative Kiosk Application, using AJAX technology and Flickr APl, that makes use of public display to share photos searched from Flickr with nearby friends by controlling the screen via REST Broker.• Collaborated in small teams to implement a Java/GoogleMap Apl based application that allows users with WiFi enabled mobile devices to interact with each other.
