This was my summer job for five years. I was given the opportunity to become the head lifeguard for the 2022 summer. This allowed for me to use some of the management skills that I had learned throughout my schooling. Some of my responsibilities included creating the monthly schedule, maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, ensuring that our team was doing their daily tasks, and being the intermediary between my team and the upper management.
