I oversee the decision making of the Board of Directors, corporate governance and provide overall leadership to the organization. Additionally, I support the chief executive officer in areas of finance, strategic ventures and operations when required. I am also a Co-Inventor of the patented product sold by NarcX.

I served as CEO during a time that the organization was undergoing a substantial change. My job was to facilitate the development of a new product offering, which included a full re-brand. Once my objectives were completed, I stepped down as CEO to continue to pursue other opportunities. Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. is a publicly traded company that trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the trading Symbol “NVG” and on Deutsche Boerse Frankfurt under the trading Symbol 3NVN.

I provided legal and regulatory oversight. Risk mitigation, strategic partnership negotiation and execution as well as overall legal oversight for the business. I also was key in the sale of this business to a larger organization.

I provided mostly litigation and other business-related legal services typical of an in-house counsel. My trial work focused on Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense. Additionally, I also served as trial counsel in Personal Injury matters on occasion as hired counsel by outside firms.
