Starting my Human Resource career in 2012. Experienced in HR, Recruitment, Business Partner, project and team leading functions, despite that I am not educated as an HR professional. However, my multi-culture and cross-industry experiences are just right for the fast-changing market needs. Engineering basis helps me to keep up with the technical terms and trends. Economics and business basis leads me to work entrepreneurially. As a problem solver, it’s always important to conduct solutions than complaints. Mid-high level and technology talent recruitment is my obvious skill referring to a few of my breaking records. Even the tough year of 2021 has managed to hit 100% in the mid-high level recruitment target. Business sense is another key skill for me to work well with the sales function. Therefore, I was also acting as an HRBP when the company started a new business and managed to build up the talent team and policy within 3 months.For all the above, I am thankful to grow up in a multicultural big family. Adaptability and conflict resolution were keys to living together with 20 in 3 types of cultures. Integrity and consistency are treasures from my respected veteran grandfather. After years of working abroad in countries and industries, I am flexible to face things unexpected and manage crises. I am a cooking enthusiast and would do my best to cook with limited ingredients but earn the most satisfaction for eaters. As well as I would dedicate myself to HR functions to grow up the team and organization, optimally the WIN-WIN situation.
