In my current role as CEO of ChangePlan, I work to build enterprise change capabilities via our digital platfrom that makes change management more successful, efficient and better coordinated across projects, portfolios and organizations.I previously founded Change Activation, a company which publishes change management training guides & materials that are now used in over 50,000 organizations in more than 140 countries. I've been privileged to have been invited to present on change management trends and innovations to industry bodies including the Association of Change Management Practitioners (ACMP), Change Management Institute (CMI) and Rethink and Reconnect (Australia). Earlier in my career I trained faculty at leading business schools in strategies to improve their engagement of students. I taught faculty & PhD candidates at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, HEC Paris, Indian School of Business and Copenhagen Business School. I also contributed to the International Teacher's Program; a faculty-development program organized by the International Schools of Business Management (ISBM), a group of twelve leading business schools located in Asia, Europe, and North-America.I'm also accredited as a facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology, which brings groups of people together to build models using LEGO bricks through a structured series of activities to bond as teams, create strategic visions and problem-solve.
