Manage the build and deployment of all Gate Three, Microservices, Mobile Apps, EdgeBuilder Environments across the “end-to-end” process.-Managing the builds, deployment and coordinating with the following groups:-Product Team (mapping builds to product development priorities, based on defined product development process)-QA team (bug fixing, priorities)-Professional Services and Training (proactive communication on planned release items via upcoming builds)-Operations (ensure resource planning to perform the needed deployment work)-Developers (ensure that all necessary bugs are addressed, junit and automated functional tests are running with all corresponding bugs being fixed)-Ensure that each functional group has a well defined process (and procedures where necessary), and to work with management in each department to ensure these processes are in place-Corporate Communications (ensure that any needed communications plan is established and executed in sync with releases)

With the help of a dynamic team I have taken on more than just a Quality Assurance role. Whether SAAS, retail, OEM or licensed software, I do understand the importance of going beyond just delivering “usable” software and exceeding the end user’s expectations. I manage a team of Quality Assurance professionals to investigate problems, test new functionality and ensure the overall quality of our software products.In January, eConstruction merged with EllisDon and more responsibilities were inherited.
